Nicole and Thomas started off 2018 the right way – with a wedding! They originally planned to wed in Puerto Rico, but after the hurricanes, they had to move it. They rolled with the punches and swapped sunny warm PR for a beautiful downtown Asheville wedding! Who could have predicted that it would have been about 10 degrees … and that’s without the wind chill! Even though they had to change their entire wedding, it is so evident that in the end, all that mattered was that they got to marry each other with their friends and family present!

Nicole and Thomas are two of the sweetest, most genuine people and their love for each other, their friends, and families is so evident! We were devastated for them when they told us they had to relocate their wedding but they made the absolute best of what seemed like a terrible situation and in the end, had a beautiful wedding!

Nicole and Thomas got married at The Venue in Downtown Asheville! It’s such a neat spot tucked into the bustling downtown Asheville! The had an awesome cake from Wow Factor Cakes and lots of Duck Donuts! If you have never experienced duck donuts… find the closest one to you and GO! They are the best donuts! Nicole’s hair and makeup was done by Sabrina from Be Pretty! They always do an amazing job!! Dottie from Inspired Design did the flowers and they were breathtaking! She is such an artist and makes the most beautiful bouquets! They wanted a party and DJ Steady Love made that happen! Everything was tied together seamlessly by Jackie from Jackie Fogarty Events! She’s a wonderful wedding planner! We worked with an absolute dream team for this wedding and we are so thankful!
