Wow! Let me tell you, it has been a joy capturing this season of life for these two and their intimate backyard wedding was no exception to that joy!
The Couple
Morgan & Eddie, what can I say about them that hasn’t already been said in one of our two other posts about them! We shot their surprise proposal at the Biltmore and their engagement session in uptown Charlotte! Do yourself a favor and check them out! Every time we get to spend time with them, I am continually impress by these two. It was amazing to see the way that these two interact and hang out with their family and friends. They have this love for each other and others that is unmatched and its clear to see their heart! It was also really amazing, for us personally, to see their heart for the Lord and how they implemented that in every part of their day!
The Intimate Backyard Wedding Ceremony
For their wedding they did a number of really cool things that made the ceremony really special and emotional! As Morgan walked down the aisle, Eddie actually turned until his best man tapped him on the shoulder! Once he turned, man the emotions went wild, there wasn’t a dry eye in the place! They also made it a clear point to make sure that God was honored through their wedding by having an amazing, heart-felt worship experience! They had communion together and then made their exit! The ceremony was surrounded by their closest family and friends in a family members backyard. It was perfect and exactly how it should be!
The Intimate Backyard Wedding Reception
Their reception was right next to the ceremony location in the backyard of the house and overlooking a pond. The setting made for the perfect reception location it even gave a beautiful sunset during their first dance. The reception was laid-back and perfect for these two! She was barefoot for the wedding and had sandals for the reception and he had some swaggy shoes!
