Words can’t even come close in describing this amazing, elegant, fresh waterfront blush and navy Alhambra Hall wedding in Charleston Sc for Samantha & Daniel! It was an incredible joy for us to capture it!
The Couple
First of all Samantha and Daniel are instantly our best friends. From the moment we met at the Big Fake Wedding in Charleston to their INCREDIBLY beautiful and intimate Charleston Engagement Session that people can’t stop raving about, we knew it was love at first sight! They have this super infectious love that you can’t help but fall in love with and enjoy being around. They way that they look at each other gave us all of the heart eyes and the way that interact with each other gives others butterflies! They are extremely generous and giving and have such an amazing heart for others. We really really love them! WE wish we could have been able to have their dog rhino for the wedding but it was awesome meeting rhino during the engagement session! These  two practically became like family for us and for sure friends that we will hang out with for years to come! You can also tell the character of someone by the company they keep and this bridal party was nothing short of awesome. Great lens of humor but not annoying, which is always a plus! And just beautiful people. It was a great wedding to be a part of and witness!
The Alhambra Hall Wedding Ceremony
Alhambra Hall is a beautiful 3200 square foot hall nestled in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant and sitting on the Charleston Harbor. It actually is in a very residential area and as we approached we saw families and friends and people hanging out on the lawn. In the backyard where the ceremony took place is a huge tree that provides the most beautiful shade to enjoy a wedding. This wedding was nothing short of intimate and emotional. They did a first look and still the wedding was a tear jerker! As they stood under the tree it was so beautiful to see the way that Samantha and Daniel looked at each other and committed their lives to one another. Seriously, there is nothing we would rather be doing with out life than experience this joy with great friends!
The Alhambra Hall Wedding Reception
The reception was held in the top floor of the hall and let me tell you, this place is GORGEOUS! It has high vaulted ceilings and beautiful wooden circular chandeliers that are to die for. They went all out in decorating! They had beautiful couches and flowers on the table. They had their own signature Bellini that was a perfect bend on champaign and, Bacardi and peach and the dance floor was hoppin. Of course there was a great “running man challenge” dance off. They ended the reception leaving the building to a sparkler bridge and zipping away in a beautiful vintage Chevrolet! We are so thankful to have been a part of an amazing night!
The Alhambra Hall Wedding Vendors
When it comes to the planning, Holy smokes, Elisa from ElisaBella Weddings was a one stop shop that absolutely killed it! She did the stationary and the florals and planned and coordinated the wedding! You can’t be serious. IT WAS AMAZING and everything looked like a dream. Her hair and make up was made perfect by the lovely ladies of Lashes and Lace, we also met them at the Big Fake Wedding! The catering at My Fathers Mustache brought from some seriously delicious food and they had a full on desert bar with beautiful cakes, cookies, pops and cupcakes form Ramias Creations! The Hall was decked out to the 9’s by Snyders Event Rentals and I mean, DECKED OUT!  The party was started and ended by DJ Rob Duren. The Photography was done by yours truly Anchor & Veil Photography and the video was done very well by Dock House Digital!
