Is it just me, or did July FLY by?!? July was a busy, but FUN month for us, with lots of traveling!
St. Lucia
We spent the first few days of July in one of the most beautiful places we’ve been – the beautiful Cap Maison in St. Lucia! Aviry and Brett couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for their intimate wedding. We worked with Swell wedding productions and had so much fun capturing their day!
We enjoyed time by the pool, celebrated Devin’s birthday, and enjoyed time with Aviry and Brett and their incredible friends and families.
July 4th!
We made it home just in time to celebrate the 4th of July with my family at my parent’s lake house (a.k.a one of my favorite places on earth!)
Ft. Myers
Then we hopped on another plane to visit our friends Natalie and Miguel! They recently moved there from Charlotte to Florida and we are so thankful we got to spend some time with them! We enjoyed time by the pool, went to two Red Sox games, watched a beautiful sunset, and enjoyed some ice cream, which of course Devin spilled everywhere 🙂
In case you didn’t know, I have a skin pigment condition called vitiligo which is why my hands are all spotty in the picture!
Apex Engagement Session
We did Melissa and Jeff’s engagement session in Apex, NC – one of the quaintest little towns we have been to! Downtown Apex is so cute and these two braved some very ominous weather for their session!
We did a podcast with our friend Kristin Taylor of Kristin Taylor Events (it was our first time being on a podcast!) and we had the best time!
Raleigh, NC
We headed to Raleigh for Amber and Jeff’s engagement session and we had SO much fun with them! It was hot and humid but they were awesome and we can’t wait for their wedding next month!
Washington, DC
Then we drove to DC on the way to NJ to visit our friends Matt and Abby!! We went to Stone Tower Winery to do an anniversary session for them! We are so glad that we got to spend some time with them! It’s tough when your friends live so far away!
Moorestown, New Jersey
After visiting Matt and Abby, we headed north to New Jersey for Ally and Brett’s Wedding! You might remember them from their Disney Engagement Session!Â

Philadelphia
Since we were so close to Philly, we decided to go there before heading back to NC! We met our friends Jenna and Michael and had so much fun!!
