This NC State club wedding was an amazing showing of love and friendship and a dang good time! We are so thankful to have been able to be a part of it!
The Couple
I don’t even know where to start with these two! Ashley went to UNCG with us when we were in college so this wedding was like a big reunion. We felt like family from the get go! We met Alex over Skype when he was station in Savannah, now he is in Seattle, lucky! We shot their engagement session while they were living in Savvanah, now we’re ready to head up and do a family session in Seattle! These two are extremely loving and inviting. From the moment you meet them you see how their personalities go so well together and you instantly feel like you are a part of an amazing friendship. Ashley is an extremely fun and outgoing girl that you can’t help but to fall in love with. Alex is a cool, laid-back but really easy going guy that makes you feel accepted and leaves you feeling like a best friend! Their family and friends are a great mix of both of them and that made the wedding that much more fun!
The NC State Club Wedding Ceremony
This wedding was absolutely beautiful. We love how they set up the chairs to surround the ceremony space out on the patio of  the State Club. The draped awning with flowers was the perfect backdrop as she had her mother and grandfather walk her down the aisle. We also loved the special touches like walking their cute dog down the aisle and having the bridal party sit back a little further behind the ceremony spot.
The NC State Wedding Reception
To say that this reception was FUN is an understatement! This reception h
ad the most beautiful chandeliers draped from the ceiling. The tables were covered with beautiful flowers and candles and leading into the room were signs, a beautiful bar and a tall mirror seating chart! Once you got into the reception you knew it was going to be a fun party. That was Ashley’s ultimate goal and I would have to say.. goal achieved! They finished with an incredibly fun sparkler exit before they drove off into the night!
The NC State Wedding Vendors
First of all, the planning and design were incredible executed and done by Kelly Ann Ward from A Southern Soiree. These girls are extremely talented and great to work with. I would recommend them over and over again! The beautiful bouquet and florals were designed by English Gardens, and they were amazing! We at Anchor & Veil Photography had a blast shooting alongside the videographers, Morgan Scott Films!
