Kimi & Victor have been friends of mine (Devin) since college. If you knew them in college as they dated, you would know this day was coming from a mile away! I remember hanging out in the dorms with my teammates and Kimi’s teammates with all of our baseball-volleyball shenanigans…did I just say shenanigans? I also remember spending a lot of time with Victor and his teammates my freshman year, and Victor really stood out. Kimi was, and still is I’m sure, an INCREDIBLE volleyball player and the sweetest girl in the WORLD… Seriously, she is, I know that for a fact! Victor was a top notch wrestler and isn’t the type of guy you want to mess with in a dark alley, but at the same time, he wouldn’t hesitate to take a bullet for you in that same alley. He has the biggest heart of anyone I know and these two together are just perfect.
When they contacted Kathryn and I about shooting their wedding, I got really really excited and there was no way I would miss it! Now, when they told us the wedding was in Vegas, that made this trip a little more interesting!
Instantly, we started brainstorming and thinking of all of the shots we wanted to take, and let me tell you, there was no better couple to make them happen! Sit back, relax and enjoy these two!
After all of the dancing and partying, I don’t know how or why, but they were totally cool with our crazy idea of walking the Vegas strip when its freezing cold. Yes it was like 30 degrees and windy in Las Vegas! Who would have thought. ITS THE DESERT! But Kimi & Victor were super awesome and we got some of the best pictures we could ever imagine! They made the city of lights shine even brighter!
