We had the pleasure of connecting with one of our favorite wedding venues tucked right in the heart of uptown Charlotte, NC. With a massive glass ceiling and an awesome space, Founders Hall is an exquisite venue offers a multitude of options to help your wedding dreams come to reality. This it the PERFECT space for having your ceremony and reception all in one area. We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here where you can mix an indoor historic banquet hall with outdoor city view.

How many guests can your Venue Accommodate?
Our capacity depends on the scope of the event – whether your event requires a stage, dance floor, multiple bars, etc. will impact the capacity, but in general we can fit up to 800 using both levels for a seated dinner, or 1,200 for a standing reception!
How many weddings do you do a year/a weekend?
We do between 15-20 weddings per year, and either one or two weddings per weekend! We never do more than one event per day.
Do you offer rental items?
Our venue fee comes with all of your hard furniture that you will need – tables, chairs, pipe and drape, a stage, and a dance floor! We can also help facilitate the rental of any additional items you’d like to bring into the space!
What is your favorite part of your venue?
My favorite part of the venue is how versatile it is – we can do events ranging from 30 people to 1200 people, and the space really transforms with our use of pipe and drape and various layouts. We have done all kinds of events in the space, and love seeing how differently each client vision is for decorating the room!
How big is the staff/how many people will work on an average wedding?
Our staffing levels depend on the guest count for your event, as well as the scope of the set up! For an average wedding of 150 guests with a plated dinner, we will have between 15-20 servers + bartenders ready to service your event!
