One from the “Land Down Under” (Australia) and the other from the land with the most famous bobsled team (Jamaica). They met in college at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, one just wanted to be friends, the other knew they had met their future spouse. After years of patience and loving and kindly serving, Becca eventually got what she was waiting for and Brian’s eyes were opened to what beauty was standing before him all along!

What a great joy and privilege it was to be able to do this engagement session with Brian and Becca. Brian & Becca are two of our best friends! Brian was one of my groomsmen and I am excited to say I will be one of his during their wedding. Unfortunately that means we won’t be capturing their big day, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

This engagement session was at the Duke Gardens in Durham, NC and it was absolutely stunning! One of our favorite sessions to date!

This Bamboo forest was absolutely To-Die-For! This was the exact spot he proposed to her!
