The Couple
There are few words that can be said about two people who are so deeply, madly in love as Lindsey and Melvin are. They also are probably the most fashionable couple I have ever met. Melvin has some serious swag and dresses to the 9s. And Lindsey has style that you wouldn’t believe. You can see it from her beautiful white Penelope gown by BHLDN (Anthropolgie’s wedding gown line) .When Lindsey and Melvin are together, it’s almost as if everything around them stops and there is only their love. Melvin looked so handsome and suave in his uniform, and Lindsey was just the most beautiful bride. They were both radiating with joy.
The Fort Bragg Post Chapel Wedding Ceremony
It was so cool to be able to celebrate these two at the Post chapel on Fort Bragg. Seriously, from their amazing first look under the arches. What is really cool is that at the same time the guys were practicing the present swords for when they exited the ceremony. This made for an AMAZING picture during the first look. She walked out just as the guys had their swords up! Then at the same time, Kathryn was outside and took the MOST amazing shot outside of the arch, it was awesome!
The Fort Bragg Wedding Reception
They had their reception at the Marquis Market- a café and venue in one, the perfect choice for the most coffee loving couple I’ve met ☺. It was really intimate and they had a back parlor area with sting lights that made for an amazing sparkler exit that Kathryn captured so beautifully!
Lindsey and Melvin, your wedding was a dream, and we feel so honored to take part in your big day. We wish you all the love (and good coffee) in the world!
The Fort Bragg Wedding Vendors
The venue was Fort Brag Main Post Chapel & Marquis Market. Her Stunning Dress was the Penelope gown by BHLDN and let me tell you, it was AMAZING on Lindsey. She looked stunning and modern! Hair & Makeup was by Jabot Salon. The cake made by Kiss Me Cakes was delicious! Photographer: Anchor & Veil Photography | Suits: Jos A Bank
