There are not many things I get really excited about but this is one of them. I have had the opportunity to shoot with an amazing photographer, Richard Israel. I’m gonna toot his horn here for a second so bear with me. He is incredibly talented and was voted one of the best wedding photographers in the world! He is pioneering the way of keeping film alive with his images and inspires me to pursue the art of photography and pushing against the status quo. He has graciously allowed me to second shoot with him and learn from him in the future and he invited me to shoot this wedding with him. I.Learned.A.Ton! Shavon & Dean’s wedding was perfect. It was held in a small quaint Catholic church and the reception was held at the Duke Mansion here in Charlotte. I hope you enjoy the images!
