We had the most fun shooting this Charlotte City Club wedding. It was the perfect mix between black-tie, classy and fun!

What an amazing day. Whitney & Jamie’s wedding was a dream come true. One of the things that we really love about these two is how emotional the day was. Seriously, as the day went on it seems like a outpouring of love was a common theme. Tears of joy, laughing, smile, giving, all of it. It was extremely refreshing and so much joy to be around such amazing people!
The St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Wedding Ceremony
This Church is BEAUTIFUL! That’s all I can say. It is the gigantic church in Charlotte that when you drive through uptown you can’t help but stare at in awe. It kind of reminds me of a church you would see in Rome or Gotham city, practically the same place right?
The Charlotte City Club Wedding Reception
We ALSWAYS enjoy shooting at the Charlotte City Club. Nathan is the man and he does an incredible job. He almost makes it so that you don’t need to do anything, just sit back and trust Nathan with your life, that’s our motto! He makes sure everything goes off without a hitch and he has everything mapped and planned out to work as efficiently as possible, which we LOVE! The day flows really well and their beautiful ball room is to die for! With high ceilings and beautiful chandileers, you can’t beat it. The dining room has plenty of space for a long farmhouse styled table and different sections for the traditional circular tables. They do it right there and we would suggest it to anyone!

Man! We are so thankful to have been able to work with some of the best in the business for this wedding! First of all, the venue, the Charlotte City club is one of our favorite in Charlotte! Hair & Makeup was done by Jamy Svay and let me tell you, this girl is TALENTED! I mean seriously talented, she absolutely kills it! The video by Drone Media Solutions from Atlanta, Ga was amazing! Not only was it an awesome video but working with them was fun too. They made it easy and they heloped to make things run really smoothly! The cake was by our all time favorite bakery in Charlotte, WOW Factor Cakes. Their name is completely fitting because WOW is right when I see those cakes! They kill it every time! and finally the Right on Band killed it! They are a unique band to say the least but they brought a heck of a 70s retro party! They were decked out in the platform shoes, wigs and funk! What a night!
