It was an amazing joy of ours to be a part of Yeni & Jarrett’s Asheville Mountain Destination Wedding! It was awe inspiring and just plain awesome!
The Couple
We met Yeni & Jarrett on skype then they came down to Charlotte for their engagement session at freedom park! We love the fact that these two have so much fun with each other and don’t mind laughing at each other. It reminds me of Kathryn and me, we are constantly laughing at each other especially if we look a little crazy. The way that they love each other is infectious and beautiful and the people they surround each other with are top notch. They are two amazing people that we love being around and would always want to spend more time with!
The Asheville Mountain Destination Wedding Photos
This wedding was really cool and unique. Instead of going and looking for a venue, these two found the most amazing house on top of the mountain with the most breathtaking views, invited their closest friends and got married there. I LOVE this because they were able to stay at the estate, have their full wedding there and just enjoy time with their friends. It is pure genius and it was beautiful! What we also loved is the tradition that they kept. Yeni and Jarrett had 2 first looks, yes two and they both wore a traditional Korean wedding outfit. The best part was the tradition but also their reactions to each other. They had this cute laugh at how ridiculous they looked but the fact that they were about to get married got them excited! It was an amazing night full of fun, dancing, friends and a whole lot of love!
The Asheville Mountain Destination Wedding Vendors
In the same way they kept the wedding venue intimate and close, most of the vendors were the same. Yeni went to a small salon to get her hair and make up down, she had a friend plan the wedding and a friend do the florals. We at Anchor and Veil Photography were fortunate enough to be able to capture such an amazing event and short street cakes provided the amazing desserts!
